Who do I contact if I have a query about a product or sizing?

If there is something you've seen on the website however you're unsure about sizing or maybe you've seen a product and have a specific question, simply Email Us your query. We are here to help and will respond usually within a few hours. If your are shoppping online and need an urgent answer regarding sizing, call us +44 (0) 1344868098 and we will do our very best to help you with your query.
Do you deliver to locations outside of the UK?

Yes we do! The standard international shipping rate is £9.95 however there are some locations that we simply can't ship to due to carrier constraints/restrictions. For full details please see our "International Shipping" policy or if you have further queries, please Email Us.
Can I return a product from outside the UK?

Yes of course! Please see our "International Returns" section for full details.
What if my order hasn't arrived?

There is nothing more annoying than an order not arriving on time. Whilst postage is often out of our control, if your order hasn't arrived as expected or within a reasonable time please Email Us and we will look into this and rectify any issues.
How do I return something?

We've made this an easy process. Simply go to "Returns & Refunds" and follow the guide. If you still need further assistance, simply Email Us.
My order has arrived damaged!

Whilst we quality check all items before they leave our workshop, if your order is damaged on arrival, we apologise sincerely as this can sometimes happen in transit. Simply Email Us via this link and we will assist you with any issues. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Can I buy a gift voucher?

We are a new company and realistic about the fact we still have a long way to go to build a reputation of trust and a brand that people would love to be seen in, at the moment we haven't included this as part of our services, however if this is something you really want then please get in touch as we always love to hear from our customers and any ideas or requests. Yes! We also sell our products through Amazon as we appreciate that is a trusted purchasing platform with prompt delivery offers.
